COVID-19 Special Requests and Contact Form

The PHA has updated our Special Operations Plan with new policies for on-site guests, as well as partners/groups seeking to provide assistance to our residents. Please see page 3 of our updated event forms for our updated policies.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, if you would like to access PHA developments and/or residents, Please complete the following steps:

  • Review and complete the PHA Event Request Form found here: Event_Coversheet_Updated_7.22
  • For political events email completed PHA Event form to Peter Asen, Deputy Director Deputy Director of Development and Governmental Affairs at pasen@provhousing.org
  • For resident service events email Nicole Morillo at Director of Resident Services Department at NMorillo@provhousing.org
  • Email should include Event Form with the following info includes your name, phone number, email, development(s) you are interested in accessing and a brief description of the purpose for the activity.
  • Note: Our staff is evaluating requests on a case-by-case basis, assessing the risks to residents health and well-being carefully before allowing individuals or groups on-site. Note that unauthorized individuals or groups found on PHA property may be asked to leave.

    Once complete, mail or return to the dropbox at the Providence Housing Authority Administrative Offices, 100 Broad St. Providence, RI 02903. Requests can also be returned electronically to records@provhousing.org.
